[Enh] Possible interface with MATSIM #2

MATSIM is a powerful java transportation network simulation agent-based library matsim.org ; we may implement import / export for synthetic networks, either topology or loadings ; or even think of a wrapper for network loading.

e9d282 implements network import from Matsim; network wrapping loading is not relevant (too large library)
