overall archi must be rethought and made more consistent

We've got different direction to follow here : the library includes different "data types" (network, grid, points) ; but also different "approaches" (synthetic ; real data perturbation). so we can split the root following one of the other. intuitively I would (and will) go with data type as the main subpackages structure ; @julienperret we can discuss that next week if you come to the exmodelo workshop otherwise tell me quickly if you see a problem with the rearchitecturing
