Add a k_eff run to tests to catch regressions #78

to avoid regressions we need some kind iof check on the computed value on the neutronics runs. At present they merely check that the run runs. Preferrably we could check on a surface flux tally or k_eff. At best we could allow the OMC test template to test for the integrated flux on a given tally.
