script/db/countries.rb only lists EU countries for Europe #5

There are 18 or so European countries that are not part of the European Union [1]. script/db/countries.rb only seems to list EU countries, but the comment says "europe"

FYI: It all started with Sportbook - an open source football pool for the Champions League. Is a club from country X playing in the Champions League 2012/13 season? If, yes, it is included in the first commit. Example include: Russia, Belrusia, Ukraine, etc.

Norway and Iceland are not there.
