Added ARIA roles for screenreader accessibility #5

I've made a few small additions to the HTML of the index to make it a bit more accessible. The lang attribute indicates to a screenreader what pronunciation it should use when reading the text, the role attributes are landmarks that help the screenreader navigate the content easier.
