Missing links in set class/prime form page #45

The links in https://github.com/openmusictheory/openmusictheory.github.io/blob/master/setClassAndPrimeForm2.md all appear to be gone. There are lots of things like [Link text][2], but no reference. later in the document.

Brian, do you know what's going on here? This was your page, and I'm not sure what all of these links are meant to point to.
