Missing HTML files? #57

The Github project seems to be made up of a bunch of markdown files, whereas the openmusictheory.com is made up of HTML files.

How does the markdown get translated to HTML? I was interested in downloading an offline copy of the whole website to use it while away from the internet, but couldn't see how.

IMO the instructions for how to reproduce the website from the project should be in the README.

I haven't built the site locally, but I think it's just a regular Jekyll site. You might start by taking a look at the gemfile.
