Allow printing stamp information in the interface #258

This will matter for long-term storage as in NarsGPT to avoid double-counting evidence after LTM items are retrieved to ONA.

Also the following is now supported, which is useful for persistency storage to use, not for users: currenttime= stampid=

Also allow this for the next input for loading from persistent storage: *stampimport=[12,3,4,5]
