Continuous deployment for production site

This ticket is to work on automatic deploy to staging production via cloudflare. note: cloudflare seems to only have Production and Preview deployments. If that's the case, then we should just have a way to automate a release to production. As for staging site, maybe we can just manually deploy that via command line as needed. Preview deployments currently stay as it is and it's a useful function for us.

-- how it should work in the future:

• any commits to main branch should trigger a deploy to staging
• any tag commits (release) to main branch will trigger a deploy to prod can't see a way to do this in cloudflare
• manual release (1 click from cloudflare) for production from main branch
• any commits to branches beginning with feature/* will trigger a deploy to Preview showing dev data
• deploy to staging via command line locally
