add netconf examples that have been covered in the wiki tutorials #3

@Andrea-Campanella There are examples in the wiki, some of them have the sample xml files in the repo some of them don't. I added them that we can refer to the files easily.

After merge, I will give links from the wiki to the sample files that people can easily use them.
