API Documentation is wrong for add-flowspace and update-flowspace #248

In API Changes it states that the response to add-flowspace and update-flowspace requests is a boolean, but the actual response seems to be an integer, which I believe is the index used in list-fs-status.

I see this has been corrected now. Closing it.
