We saw the following issues:

ports not coming up
missing packet (maybe in under load)
- packet send by the switch not received by the NIC (probably broken NIC)

Ports not coming up has been fixed by using the correct pre-emphasis values.

Missing and broken packets have been found only on panel port 1. For the demo we use port 5 instead.

NIC was indeed broken and changed. PacketIn are received without error.
