BUG Matlab CI is broken #309

Describe the bug ecat2nii_test.m fails to run in github's ci

To Reproduce

  1. Create a pull request or manually trigger CI

Expected behaviour ecat2nii_test runs without error as it does when executed from the a command window from within the Matlab IDE
