Upload MCH memorials dataset #110

After uploading a bit of sample data it appears only a bit of data from Otago & Southland is included - need to check file to make sure it's in there, and if it is fix the import so all of the data is included

Fixed (KML handling in ogr creates a new layer for each folder, even if there's already a folder with that name, so need to append data rather than overwriting).
