Layer coverage trapezoid doesn't go far enough south

Hi,

while working on lower steward island I noticed that the grey coverage overlay doesn't actually cover all of the features. i.e. there are features outside of the box. You can still select and check them out ok.

e.g. mud_poly and scrub_poly from workslices 720 and 721, vs. the features actually found (and now uploaded to osm) in the Sylvan Cove/South Arm of Port Pegasus.

there was native_poly missed due to this, fixed in workslice 722. you'll see if you zoom in that the coverage for that workslice is just a tiny red dot.
