This just cleans things up a bit and reorders things to get more on the page. We don't need the embedded 'help' since it is hard to read. Better to just link off to it.

Auto-generating a (working) link would be helpful...

eg. airport_pnt -> http://apps.linz.govt.nz/topo-data-dictionary/index.aspx?page=class-airport_pnt

@rcoup the link is actually now working (in trunk, not live).

I've changed the IFRAME to a link and gotten rid of the 'export' section, other than that I'm going to leave this alone: this form will be much less important in the new version.
