`experimental_assets` should now be `assets` in documentation #58

This change was done in the example (https://github.com/opennextjs/opennextjs-cloudflare/blob/main/examples/create-next-app/wrangler.toml#L9) but not the 'Get Started' page (https://opennext.js.org/cloudflare/get-started#2-install-wrangler-and-add-a-wranglertoml-file)
