Add fake favicon #42

<link rel="icon" href="data:;base64,iVBORw0KGgo="> is an HTML5 valid line that will not add a favicon or make the browser incorrectly request a favicon.ico file (resolves #39).

This PR should be merged unless you have an actual favicon.ico file you want to add instead.
