Switch to IPvX toggles #5

Switches from the auto-detection nearest server list to two tabs, "IPv4" and "IPv6" to prevent confusion (between the two versions, by newcomers).

Can this be implemented differently, let's say, a table?

Instead of showing IPv4 or IPv6 results only, we could put them side-by-side and show both results simultaneously without the user having to switch between them.

I agree, showing them side by side would better
