move furnic from TLD to peer #60

As requested, this moves the .fur TLD from TLDs to the peering section. I have no clue how to do the icon so I just chose one. If anyone can fix that, please do.

I wish I saw this PR before you merged it, I would’ve made some changes. I’m on mobile right now, I’ll fix the layout when I get home tonight :) @fusl

In case anyone missed the IRC discussions, I am also working with ph3-der-loewe regarding changes to how .fur is presented in the zone files. We will be discussing the matter again on Sunday and may make the zone changes early next week, but I have a concern that there is a possibility of causing an access outage during the hour or two while some automated scripts catch up to the new settings (specifically in the glue zone), so we want to make this change at a time we are both available to monitor it for a few hours.
