Issue 82: Automated node outages #83

The config provides a setup containing 3 nginx services. OpenNMS monitors those HTTP services on nodes which are categorized in web:clusternode. The nginx nodes will be taken down/up automatically. Those alarms will be used in Grafana alarm board in table "Categorized alarm".
