Add XML/JSON collector in default image #36

The XML and JSON data collector is not installed by default. It is a quite common use case to gather performance metrics from this sources. It would be helpful if this collector would be installed by default.

The XML Collector is now part of the core package as of OpenNMS Horizon 20. For older releases, an additional package named opennms-plugin-protocol-xml must be installed in order to use this collector.
