OpenJDK Debian base images

Next step is the debian build-env. I'm not sure there's much point in making an intermediate "maven" image like you have on the centos side, unless you really want me to.

I'd been messing with this a bit but it's looking pretty solid at this point when you're ready to approve. Once that's in I can finish my build env, which appears to be working locally here.
