IRC setup #1

I'd love to learn about how people more effectively setup and use IRC to communicate amongst groups like OpenOakland- this could be a short 15m overview that helps get a group of people all setup with clients and accounts for easy access. Good for a Tuesday night!

openoakland is how we cluster..

We intend to use the first tuesdays of each month for training, demos, workshop content- maybe if we can dig up a few of the latent topics mentioned last year and bundle a few for Match 4th?

I have family in town March 4th, so wouldn't be able to stay for the entire time, but would still be able to do IRC (if there's interest).
