Updates: cleanup-detail:

1. Fix Join/Leave display error #130
2. Refine position of participants list and join/leave button
3. Move 'delete' button from edit page to detail page #139
4. Comment-out 'Seeclickfix' and 'Submit to PW' buttons
5. Fix display of address
6. Add csrf token to delete
7. swap delete url from 'cleanup-detail' to 'cleanup-delete'

cleanup-edit:

1. Remove delete button (moved to cleanup-detail page)
2. Change default date value to acceptable format #131
3. Redirect cancel o cleanup-detail

navigation: -Remove 'Edit Profile' Link. It doesn't edit the profile. Page is a duplicate of "My Cleanups" Link
