map cleanup #150

Any scheduled cleanup event will need a map.

Could use google maps or mapbox (http://brigade.codeforamerica.org/resources/software/mapbox).

We're currently using Google Maps. But we'll need to add some helpful features to it like adding location of nearby cleanups currently planned, tooltips that give info when a location is clicked.
