Sorry I've been MIA. Work travel for a few weeks, but back in game!

Could be that we're branching in different directions with this, but I'd still love to chat with you and get your feedback. Hoping to make it to OpenOakland next week. Maybe you'll be there. If not, maybe I can drop in on one of your coffee shop work sessions.

The lowdown:

• I'm thinking of piloting a GeekSquad type concept in a school where kids get "certified" in top apps used by students/faculty/staff.
• Many schools have exemplary students serve as IWEs (like TAs at universities)
• These kids can help teachers out with tech during class or during their prep time
• They can also help other kids during class when technical snags/questions come up

I also pursued the idea of documenting lessons that use tech so other teachers could easily use them. I'm excited about that as well. Think it has potential, but is slightly more difficult to pull off. Thinking about trying this IWE thing first and then returning to the documentation concept.
