Wow, it's been a while.

Upgrade Ruby 2.5.1 -> 2.7.6 since 2.5.1 no longer builds for me and Ruby 3.0.4 is too new for Rails 5.2.
Upgrade Rails and other gems.
Keep ahoy_email on 1.x branch since there are breaking changes with the track DSL.
