At some point after June 7, 2022, the 497 "Contributions Made" forms stopped coming through. Upon further inspection, the "Contributions Made" rows are now reported under the same form type as "Contributions Received". This commit combines those two forms back together.
Since I'm changing these anyway, I wanted to remove the word "Late" from the names, since that's not an official form name and it might imply that a campaign messed up. I renamed it "Daily Contribution Reports" to reflect the 24-hour nature.
