2 years ago @jaedoak I am finalllllly able to get to this, sorry for the long delay!!! Now that I'm back with fresher eyes, I feel like we need a little more of preamble to set expectations and add a direct email address. What do you think of the following?

This is a first draft of the contact page, with link in global footer. Note that I haven't done much frontend development in the last decade... so I'm a Bootstrap hack. Totally open to being told there's a better way to accomplish things!
