Data source - school budget reports Account codes can be grouped together: benefits, salaries, benefits + salaries Bar graph comparison: how many teachers? what portion of teachers across district? whole teachers? Teach language with hovers?

Does Measure G restrict to non-charters? Or is OUSD restricting?
