This chnge avoids having the DisclaimerLandRegister info printed multiple times if there are multiple entries in the GeneralInformation data source

Looks good in our prints which means no visible change.

Which constellation initiated the implementation of this change?

It showed up at Glarus, who is currently switching from xml2pdf to MapFish-Print. They have two entries in the "Allgemeine Information", and it seems this use case was buggy in the print templates and this did not show up yet in other projects.
