Categories of public law restriction themes not correct #97

The categories of the public law restriction themes are not correct. Compare attached PDF page 3 with specs page 14.

"Eigentumsbeschränkungen, welche das Grundstück 1322 in Laufen betreffen" should be "Öffentlich-rechtliche Eigentumsbeschränkungen, welche das Grundstück 1322 in Laufen betreffen"

The text elements in the PDF agree with the information provided in the xml on www.cadastre.ch/oereb > Datenmodelle > Rahmenmodell > Register «Vorschriften» > Datei «Rahmenmodell zusätzliche XML-Datei (Katalog) für Texte des statischen Auszug», but not with the specs.

The xml was published later than the specs. Therefore, I suggest to close this issue.

The xml files are considered as the relevant source for the texts in the pdfs.
