Let's kick this off.
I've set up the original leveldb manifesto into the readme and baked a new html page using it.
You can view it here: http://timoxley.github.io/openopensource.github.io/ Suggesting we use this as a starting point.
Merging this should make it appear on http://openopensource.org/ There's lots of good discussion in #1 but it's not clear how to reconcile all the ideas. If you'd like to include additional changes, please submit a PR.
