Why are URLs with fi in them getting encoded characters? #164

This publication URL should have beneficial-ownership-information in it but this has changed to bene%EF%AC%81cial-ownership-information. Do we know why? We'll obviously have a lot of URLs which feature beneficial ownership in them so wanted to check why fi is being encoded like this:

My best guess on this one is that the title was copied and pasted from either an MS Word doc, or a PDF. The little bit of gibberish in there is the URL encoding of the ligature character fi
