Remove 'Central register(s)' and 'Public register(s)' labels from live register links on country pages #421

As part of the ongoing Open Ownership work to tweak the designs and messaging of the Open Ownership map https://github.com/openownership/openownership.org-wagtail/issues/397 and country pages https://github.com/openownership/openownership.org-wagtail/issues/398 as well as the work to introduce new region pages https://github.com/openownership/openownership.org-wagtail/issues/350, Open Ownership is moving away from the binary labels of 'public' and 'central' register as the field of beneficial ownership transparency is becoming more nuanced about these terms.

On country pages such as the France page, there are text labels saying 'Central register(s)' or 'Public register(s)' appearing just before the name of the register

Could these text labels please be removed so that just the name of the register is showing with a link to the register if one is available?

@drcongo Any chance of doing this tiny tweak before you push stuff from staging to live today/tomorrow?
