Adding child pages to any Open Ownership publication gives HTTP error 500 #425

We are currently unable to add child pages to any publications on the Open Ownership website no matter whether those publications are live or in draft.

Bug affecting both OO staging and production Wagtail instances. I get a HTTP error 500 message wherever I click the 'Add child page' button.
