Override default /etc/skel/{.bashrc,.profile} created by base-files recipe #12

My commit 773de4617ff90c173d5135eba3c1f688b998063e create the problem with the wrong /etc/skel/{.bashrc,.profile} files.

It seems that fix the blank screen problem.
