The src directory no longer exists, and COPYING was renamed to LICENSE. Also add the ChangeLog.

Thanks for catching the mistake regarding src|pyinsane2 . I'm actually surprised the previous releases did work :/ Regarding the tests, I'm not sure if it's really helpful to include them, but meh, why not.

Including tests is useful for packaging where we can run them directly from the published tarball.
