There are two TesseractError #54

There are two exceptions TesseractError in pyocr ... As shown by https://github.com/danielquinn/paperless/issues/154 , this is useless and confusing.

1) We need only one. 2) TesseractError cannot be used with Cuneiform. It wouldn't make sense.
