Windows 7 Python27 complainted no tools found #7

NO OCR tool found - tesseract 3.01 installed and working, but pyocr failed to locate tesseract

Pyocr works only on GNU/Linux. I forgot to specify that in the README. I'll update it. If you want to port it to Windows, feel free to do it, but I'm not going to do it.
