add support for webdav protocol #13

PCRS on dept 38 is in a public share on our opendata nextcloud, which can be reached with webdav cf https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/latest/user_manual/en/files/access_webdav.html#accessing-public-shares-over-webdav

would be great if the scanner supported webdav, with url/username/(optional password) args.. :)

I know. But we are out of budget for 2024. Only 40 developer-days were planned for 2024.
