consistent introd. of ML-KEM-512, updates from core pqc draft, Stephan as author, referencing of draft-ietf-openpgp-pqc-03, added introduction, etc.

For NIST, I have: ML-KEM-512 + P-256, ML-KEM-768 + P-384, ML-KEM-1024 + P-384, ML-DSA-44 + NIST-256, ML-DSA-65 + P-384 and ML-DSA-87 + P-384. How do I make the needed changes in this draft ?
