Receptor classification #357

Receptor classification built by Daniela/Michael is available here: ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/chembl/OpenPHACTS/receptorclass

If it could be added to hierarchy call (at least on dev) that would be great. Let me know if any problems/questions
