Explorer not available #379

explorer.openphacts.org states Authentication parameters missing. https://explorer.openphacts.org redirects to https://explorer.openphacts.org/api-config, showing API parameters. Is there a wrong redirect in place?

While we have the 3Scale issues, can we put a simple front web page up to explain outage? If the redirect can we done, I can write the page or redirect to support portal

That would be a huge improvement on the current error message that you get.

Explorer is available at (http://beta.openphacts.org:3001).

Not yet available at the other URLs.

There is an Explorer running at http://alpha.openphacts.org:3001/

Don't know how much of it is correct. Or fixable. But there is one running.
