Change version number to 2.2 in LDA #399

Currently version number is 2,1 in Fiennes

API response now contains "2.2" as version number. BTW this version number has always been hard coded in the LDA, perhaps it should be configurable...

Definitely should not remain hard-coded. Created an issue in LDA area:
