BCVA data comparison #81

This PR adds another data comparison based on the BCVA data. According to https://openpharma.github.io/mmrm/latest-tag/articles/mmrm_review_methods.html, this puts brms.mmrm on par with mmrm's comparison exercise with SAS. This vignette, the FEV1 vignette, and the SBC vignette I think are sufficient for #12 (please let me know if you disagree).
