I understand testing this is very difficult for staged.dependencies (a lot of mockery I could see!!), but it seems from the reports that mainly app and rstudio addin are missing coverage. @pawelru I will copy from teal.modules.clinical for app coverage if it is fine. Any suggestion on rstudio add-in testing is welcome too.
