Remove datapoint where taskers disagree with OpenImages label #49

There are some images where the taskers unanimously agree that the OpenImages label is wrong. We remove those datapoints to keep our data downloading script simple (even though the removed datapoints would be valid in the full contest)

Addresses issue raised in https://github.com/google/unrestricted-adversarial-examples/issues/47
