The input mesh file doesn't exist #50

any idea what went wrong here??

MeshroomCache_Error_Help.zip

I removed the pictures. The pictures were of the tree trunk that is the CUDA version of Meshroom. Is is a XX run of the program.. I must be doing something wrong.. Can you tell me what it is. Thanks Richard

Hi @brown-richard, sorry to hear that you are having problems running MeshroomCL. Thanks for posting your MeshroomCache data so that we can help diagnose the problem.

When I look at your "log" file in the folder corresponding to the StructureFromMotionCL node, I see that it failed because it did not recognize any valid OpenCL devices on your system. MeshroomCL requires that your computer have at least one OpenCL device available. For most users, this is typically a discrete GPU video card (from AMD or NVIDIA) or else integrated GPU graphics in their CPU chip (such as Intel HD or UHD graphics). Your system also must have OpenCL drivers enabled.

You can see which OpenCL devices are visible to MeshroomCL by clicking on the "Specify OpenCL devices" attribute of the StructureFromMotionCL node (which will be visible in the lower-right pane when this node is selected). What OpenCL devices do you see in the list when you enable this attribute?

Yes it should suppont OpenCL I have looked into this and for the life of me I can not find the drivers for this video chip. I have a Toshiba S855D-S5120 laptop with and AMD A10 CPU and a AMD Radeon HD 7660G graphics chip.. I have looked for the OpenCL 2.1 but have not found it.. I have installed the latest drivers and nothing.. Do you have any idea where I can find these drivers... I have check the AMD web site many times..  I will check a few more times.... Do you know if your computer system supports OpenCL? What operating system and GPU do you have? If you have a Windows 7 system, you might need to install OpenCL drivers to get MeshroomCL to work.

You can see which OpenCL devices are visible to MeshroomCL by clicking on the "Specify OpenCL devices" attribute of the StructureFromMotionCL node (which will be visible in the lower-right pane when this node is selected). What OpenCL devices do you see in the list when you enable this attribute?

it says no opencl devices found.. if I click Use CPU Only will that work?  ThanksNote.. I am using a Toshiba laptop. and I just reloaded all the video drivers.. they did not list any opencl drivers in the list of drivers installed...  Thanks againRichard

Yes, if you enable "Use CPU Only", then the StructureFromMotionCL node will run without requiring any OpenCL devices. However, the MultiviewStereoCL node does not have that option, and will require an OpenCL device.

Did you try installing a Radeon 7660G driver from here:

https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-series-processors/amd-a10-series-apu-for-laptops/a10-4600m-radeon-hd-7660g

The driver packages available there include OpenCL drivers.
